Field Hire is a job board. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and why.

If you are looking for jobs

You do not need an account. We do not ask for your name or email to search or browse. Searches happen in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers.

When you click “Apply”, you leave Field Hire and go to the employer's own website. What they collect is covered by their own privacy policy.

If you are an employer

When you create a company account we store your company name, your email address, a securely scrambled (hashed) version of your password, and the jobs you post. We use your email only to run your account and to answer your questions. We never sell it.

We use a cookie to keep you logged in. It is needed for the account to work.

Job information

Many listings come from the public careers pages that companies publish. We store the job title, company, location, link and a few facts (such as the education a posting asks for). We read job descriptions to produce those facts and do not keep or republish the full description text.

Your choices

Companies can hide or delete their listings, or ask us to remove them, at any time. To ask us to delete an account or any data, email [email protected].

This page is a plain-language summary and not legal advice.
